On November 30, 2023, a kick-off meeting was held for the research project “Protecting working conditions in the platform economy: Moldovan-Lithuanian social dialogue” (JWCPW), Co-funded by the European Union. This project is significant as it aims to address challenges faced by workers in the platform economy in Moldova and Lithuania. By fostering social dialogue among stakeholders, including government agencies, employers, trade unions, and civil society organizations, the project seeks to develop strategies for ensuring fair and safe working conditions for platform workers. This meeting marked the beginning of collaborative efforts to achieve this goal.
